Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a highly restorative and peaceful practice leading to deep rest and relaxation. It will last approximately 35 minutes with an additional 5 minutes to settle in and then return to waking. Each session is stand-alone, so feel free to try one if you'd like to just try it out.
